In accordance with the NC Open Meetings Law, all Transylvania County Tourism Development Authority (TCTDA) board and committee meetings are open to the public. Immediately below is the schedule for board meetings with minutes for the current year, followed by the committee meeting schedule. Further below is board meeting minutes for prior years.
TCTDA Board of Directors Meetings
The Transylvania Tourism Development Authority holds regular meetings on the fourth Thursday of the month, beginning at 8:30 am, in the Multipurpose Chambers at the County Administration Building, located at 101 S. Broad St., Brevard. The November meeting is shifted to the first Thursday of December due to the holidays. TCTDA Board meetings are open to the public.

Committee Meetings
All TCTDA committee meetings occur in person at the TCTDA offices or adjacent meeting rooms on the second floor of the Chamber building at 175 E. Main St. in Downtown Brevard, unless otherwise noted. TCTDA committee meetings are open to the public. Below is a schedule of meeting times for each committee. This schedule will be updated 48 hours in advance if any changes or additions occur.
- Destination Infrastructure: 1st Wednesday of the month at 11:00 am.
- Transylvania Always: 2nd Monday of the month at 11:00 am.
- Marketing: 3rd Tuesday of the month at 10:00 am. The June meeting has been canceled.
- Grant: Immediately following TCTDA Board of Directors meetings, unless otherwise noted. (See above for the Board meeting schedule)
