The Stage is Set.
Though the natural world puts on some pretty spectacular shows up in this neck of the woods, there are plenty of actors, singers, dancers and directors looking to steal the spotlight. Regular performances at Brevard Little Theatre, as well as various productions at the Paul Porter Center, provide ample opportunity to get caught up in a comedy of errors, a classic tragedy or a song and dance number.
Local puppeteers, cabaret acts and children’s companies round out a diverse roster of performance in Transylvania County. And not always in the most conventional settings. (Dramatically inclined outdoors-people may be interested in annual productions at The Cradle of Forestry).
