Wild Souls Authentic Movement Class, Sundays, 9:30-11 a.m. Join us in a supportive, relaxed, welcoming environment for an expressive movement class designed to help you get unstuck, enjoy cardio movement, boost immune health, dissolve anxiety/stress and celebrate community. Show up 10 mins early, and bring your yoga mat, water bottle and journal!
Location: Dunn’s Rock Community Center, Brevard, NC.
Sliding scale $20-$25.
