$65

As the weather cools off, hawks and other birds of prey and migratory songbirds begin their long trek back to warmer climates. The Pisgah Field School is proud to be a part of Hawk Watch – a celebration of these feathered friends by helping participants identify hawks and other birds of prey at Caesar’s Head State Park. We’ll hit the main overlook for identification, hike to one of park’s beautiful waterfalls, enjoy a pint or root beer at Oskar Blues and enjoy what it sure to be an incredible fall day in the mountains! We’ll end the day at Bold Rock Cidery for a tasting of their incredible gluten-free beverages. Non-alcoholic options available. Transportation included. Hiking required.
