The Transylvania County Library is celebrating the pleasant evening temperatures of the season by hosting a Fall Concert Series. Everyone is invited to this free event which will take place at the library’s amphitheater on Fridays in September. No concert will be held on September 9 in deference to the Mountain Song Festival. In the event of rain, the concert will move inside the Rogow Community Room. Concerts will begin at 7:00 p.m. and continue through sunset
