Downtown Retreat

Welcome to Downtown Retreat, where you can relax and unwind in this lovely 1950’s cottage that’s been totally remodeled. Enjoy the open feel and the comfortable furnishings with everything clean and fresh. The large deck in back and the screened in porch overlooking a huge back yard make for great bird watching or just relaxing with your feet up.

The Retreat has 2 comfortable bedrooms with en suite baths in each. One bedroom is a queen, the other has 2 twins. Rates are $175 per night with 2 night minimum.

The open kitchen is fully furnished and joins a small breakfast area where one can sit and watch the morning news or just enjoy the breeze from the screened in porch.

Enjoy all that Brevard and surrounding areas have to offer from our wonderful location. Brevard Music Center with it’s wonderful summer programs and Brevard College are close by. No need to drive to the restaurants, shops, library, churches or Silvermont and Franklin Park as they’re all within walking distance . Saturday’s Tailgate Market where you can purchase local produce, meats and other goodies is only a few steps away. There are also some wonderful coffee shops and bakeries close by. Enjoy Brevard’s small town charm and meet some of its friendly people.
