Newfound Artisan and Sunshine Creative Reuse are thrilled to present a workshop on zine making! This exciting collaborative workshop is hosted by Newfound Artisan and supplies are provided by Sunshine Creative Reuse, a Brevard non-profit dedicated to inspiring creativity and enhancing access to the arts through creative reuse.
The workshop will be led by the Brevard zine queens, Nora Jane Montgomery and Shiloh Broadway. They are the curators behind the Brevard Art Project, an art submission zine launched in 2023. This workshop will include a brief history of the zine, a library of zines for inspiration, and a chance to create your own zine with reused art supplies.
This workshop has a suggested donation of $20, with all proceeds benefiting Sunshine Creative Reuse to support the opening of a brick-and-mortar art thrift store in Brevard.
