The White Squirrel Artisans Market returns to Deerwoode Reserve on Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 12-5PM! We had a record number of attendees last October and a record number of artisan applications for our upcoming event. Our Spring Fest will showcase over 80 artisans, 5 bands, local food trucks, face painting, & more! Together, with Cedar Mountain Music Project & Billy McCoy/ REMAX Land of the Waterfalls, we present this FREE, FAMILY-FRIENDLY, community event. We believe wholeheartedly in SUPPORTING LOCAL… local artisans, local musicians, local small businesses, & local nonprofits. PLEASE NOTE DEERWOODE RESERVE WILL BE CHARGING $5 FOR ON-SITE PARKING. Brevard Plein Air Festival is an open enrollment plein air painting event that concludes with a Wet Paint Show and Sale on Saturday the 14th of September. It is held in conjunction with a downtown street festival featuring fine art vendors, local craft makers, food vendors, music and more! This year marks our 4th Holiday Artisan Market at our distillery in the heart of Cedar Mountain! We are proud to feature artisans in the categories of wood, pottery, baked goods, jewelry made from all kinds of mediums (including moonshine!), painters, home decor, handmade soaps and candles, happy, crocheted creations, and MORE! This year, we are expanding to indoor and outdoor vendor booths! Our indoor booths will be at the Cedar Mountain Community Center and the outdoor booths will be at the Cedar Mountain Moonshine Distillery right across the street. The Lucy Clark Gallery and Studio will be hosting a small works show with an opening reception November 24th from 5-7 pm featuring 9 of the galleries painters. Each small work will be 12″x12″ or smaller and will be on sale for $500 or below and will be perfect to kick-off the holiday shopping season. Artists included will be Maureen Chapman, Alex Eisenzopf, Ann Candler, Ann Watcher, Erin Keane, Lyn Asselta, Victoria Pinney, Cathyann Burgess and Donna Johnson.
