Cedar Rock
Cedar Rock, located just 20 minutes from Downtown Brevard in Pisgah National Forest, offers a variety of climbing routes for all skill levels. The main cliff faces west, making it an ideal spot for climbing on mild days. Additional routes can be found on the north and south sides of the rock, providing plenty of variety for climbers to explore.

Laurel Knob
Laurel Knob, located about 40 minutes from Downtown Brevard near Cashiers, NC, is owned by the Carolina Climbers Coalition and is one of the tallest climbing crags in the Eastern US. Known for its challenging multi-pitch routes, it’s a top destination for experienced climbers seeking a remote and rewarding adventure. Be prepared for a full day, as the access trail can take several hours to navigate.
