The public is invited to a Space Day Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the Pisgah Astronomical Research Institute (PARI). PARI campus will be open from 10 AM – 4 PM. PARI will have presentations from UNC-Charlotte microbiologists on detecting extra-terrestrial life. PARI will be hosting a preview of a new North Carolina gem and mineral exhibit in the museum space of the Cline Administration Building.
