North Carolina’s most idyllic lakefront hideaway.  Resting on the shores of Lake Toxaway, nestled in the lush embrace of the North Carolina mountains, you’ll find the Greystone Inn.  A personal hotel, gracious and fire-lit with views to take your breath away.

Guestrooms and suites ramble among various levels of the original 1915 mansion and two lakeside annexes.  All are comfortable retreats; quiet and sumptuous with restful cloud soft beds.  Many have crackling fireplaces and private terraces and some have private entrances and deep soaking tubs.

A wealth of activities awaits you on the lake, in the mountains and on the tennis courts, croquet lawns and golf course of the Lake Toxaway Country Club.  There are endless things to do, although it’s perfectly alright to do nothing at all.

Luxurious facilities include the lakeside dining room, intimate spa, private lake, mountain and country club activities.  The Greystone Inn does not charge resort fees.  Guests enjoy a la carte dining, spa and activities.
