Our log cabin vacation rental is in a great location near Brevard (20 minutes), Hendersonville (20 minutes), and Asheville (50 minutes). Most importantly, our cabin is within walking distance of the most famous state park in North Carolina, Dupont State Forest. Come stay at the “GEM” and visit the Dupont State Forest waterfalls, Hooker Falls, High Falls, Triple Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls which are only 3 miles from the cabin, yes, just 3 miles!! In addition, the cabin resides in Transylvania county, “The Land of the Waterfalls” and is close to hundreds of waterfalls for you to explore.

Western North Carolina mountains are unmatched in uniqueness and beauty. About the Cabin

Our log cabin vacation rental boasts a huge covered front porch with 4 over-sized rockers.  Consequently, you can enjoy all the sights and sounds of mother nature in comfort.  Relax and listen to birds sing and water rush, enjoy view of trout pond, and watch for wildlife all in comfort from the massive front porch.

Furthermore, the cabin is fully furnished with many amenities. All you need bring is your food and clothing, all linens and other essentials are provided.

The cabin sleeps 5-6 people. It has a large master bedroom (king size bed) and a spacious loft (queen bed + twin bed). Cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need for preparing delicious meals. Kitchen has a refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, stove, pots, pans, crock pot and much more. Cabin has a wonderful living room with fireplace with Direct TV and Wi-Fi. It has a TV, DVD-VCR combo, stereo, and many movies and board games. Cabin has a full bath with a walk-in tub/shower combo.
