This charming 1930’s Craftsman completely renovated home near downtown has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a back patio, and front and back porches with rocking chairs in a lovely neighborhood with a fully fenced-in yard. There are countless flowers and trees in the Monarch Butterfly Waystation yard so you can enjoy the birds, hummingbirds, butterflies, and wildlife while you grill out on the brand-new Weber propane grill. Ample seating to dine al fresco on the back flagstone patio is right near the grill.
Inside the home is full of color and happiness—new granite countertops and a sunny, fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances.
