Artist R. Melinda Hoffman will join the Lucy Clark Gallery & Studio for a special Pop-Up event featuring her hand-tooled leather pieces on Saturday, January 3rd from 11am to 5pm. 10 percent of sales will benefit the Penland School of Craft as it rebuilds its water system following Hurricane Helene.
R. Melinda Hoffman is based in New Mexico where she creates sculptural adornments and hand-stitched leather vessels that blend form and function, often from found objects. This will be her first residency at Penland School of Craft.
