UPDATE: This event has been cancelled due to impending weather.   The Library's Fall Concert Series will conclude with a performance by Chattanooga based artist Randy Steele. Steele, an award-winning singer/songwriter and banjo player, will perform with a trio and is sure to send off the series on the right note.
