Forest Festival Day & Intercollegiate Woodsmen’s Meet

A Cradle fall favorite, this 23rd annual event is organized by Haywood Community College and sponsored by STIHL. Colleges compete in events such as crosscut sawing, pole climbing, and archery. Along our Biltmore Campus Trail special crafters and activities will be demonstrating traditional skills like woodcarving, basket weaving, and fiber arts.
