Information for Tourism Partners
ADVENTURE GUIDE ADVERTISING
The Adventure Guide, including the foldout Waterfall Map, is published in January and distributed to 90,000 interested travelers regionally, nationally, and internationally throughout the year. The Adventure Guide is a high-quality, multi-page, four-color, stapled booklet in a traditional rack size that provides an overview of Transylvania County — its natural assets, activities, adventures, shopping, dining, accommodations, and events. Advertising rates and sizes are made available in September of each year. If you are interested in advertising in the 2023 Adventure Guide, contact Virginia Watkins at virginia.watkins@transylvaniacounty.org.
If you would like to receive copies of the Adventure Guide to distribute from your place of business, please contact Rachel Cassell at info@brevardncchamber.org.

Once you have a user account, you may submit events that are subject to review and approval before they are posted live on our website.

SWEEPSTAKES AND MEDIA FAMILIARIZATION (FAM) TOURS
Sweepstakes are designed to increase awareness and build visitation to our community during the shoulder season (December-March). The TCTDA regularly seeks contributions for accommodations, dinner or meals, activity passes, tours or tickets, or gift certificates valued at a minimum of $50. Please contact Virginia Watkins at virginia.watkins@transylvaniacounty.org to indicate your interest.
Media FAM tours occur when interested regional, national, and international media travel to our area to learn about and experience what makes Brevard and Transylvania County unique. As hosts for the media, we typically provide accommodations, meals, and gift certificates. If your tourism-related business is interested in providing the items mentioned above, please contact Virginia Watkins at virginia.watkins@transylvaniacounty.org.

The TCTDA may also grant non-commercial use of additional images based on the following parameters:

- Only a limited number of photos may be provided (maximum of five). The intent is to complement existing photography, not supply a full suite of images.
