Our three day , yoga experience filled with mindfulness, movement ,edcuation and nourishment will rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. Disconnect and reflect in the beauty of the mountains, on the peaceful shores of Lake Toxaway and dedicate two nights and three days to you .
Our room rates for this retreat are starting at $125.00 per night , we do require a two night minimum for this retreat.
The rates for this retreat for participants staying at The Greystone are $450.00
The rates for this retreat for participants not staying at The Greystone are $500.00
