Sugarloaf Mountain Jam II – featuring Jupiter Coyote

The 2nd Annual Sugarloaf Mountain Jam, at Deerwoode Reserve, Brevard, NC. Sponsored by Fields Auto Group. This is a full band Jupiter Coyote show, with special guest Nuthin’ Fancy opening up.

Jupiter Coyote originated in Brevard with co-founders Matt Mayes and John Felty. Jupiter Coyote, jam band pioneers and cornerstone is the new Southern Rock world. Their sound has been labeled “Mountain Rock” — a mixture of Southern Appalachian boogie, bluegrass-infused, funk-rock. They have been together 30 years, played over 5000 shows, and sold millions of records and downloads.

Nuthin’ Fancy is country-rock band originating from Brevard NC. They have shared the stage with many artists ranging from country to rock to soul, including the Charlie Daniels band, George Jones, Little Texas, Marty Stuart, Asleep at the Wheel, David Allen Coe and list goes on. The band mixes originals with country, southern rock and classic rock. They enjoy bringing people together with good music and good times! They are longtime friends with Jupiter Coyote and many of them grew up together in Brevard.
