There’s an old saying, “The best camera is the one you have with you,” and what camera does everyone always have with them – the Smartphone camera! Join us for this one-day workshop to learn how to take better photos with your phone’s camera. Ever been disappointed with the “trophy shot” you thought you were getting with your phone? Janet and Les Saucier will teach you the basics of good Smartphone photography, including exposure and composition. They’ll also tell you about the best camera app to use, the best effects app, and other useful apps, as well as important camera functions and settings.
Open to all photographic skill levels, the Smartphone Photography workshop will begin with classroom instruction, followed by shooting and instruction from the Saucier’s in the beautiful outdoors at the Cradle of Forestry. Bring yourself and your Smartphone and improve your photography skills. Pre-registration is required.
This workshop will take place rain or shine and is a combination of classroom instruction and outdoor practical learning. Appropriate dress and good walking shoes are recommended.
