Enjoy combining the benefits of painting with the benefits of yoga in this restorative class. Students are guided in restorative yoga poses using props and bolsters while creating an individual abstract painting. Using their hands and a variety of brushes, sponges, and other traditional painting tools, students are guided in layering their painting with a variety of colors.

No experience required! Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Paints can stain clothing. Please wear clothes that you are okay with getting paint on.
This class is designed for individuals ages 14 years old and up. Weather permitting, classes will be held outside. Bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours.
Chair Option accommodations are available for students as needed.
Each Restorative Yoga While Painting class is different so sign up for more than one if you would like!
Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 48 hours prior to each class.

Class size limited to 15
Instructor: Tenesha Abernethy
Cost: $45 per student/per class (includes all materials)
