Restorative Yoga

Students are guided through restorative yoga poses using props and bolsters while practicing restorative and grounding breath work.
No experience required. This class is designed for individuals ages 14 years old and up. Weather permitting, classes will be held outside. Dress comfortably and bring water. Bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours.
Chair Option accommodations are available for students as needed.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 48 hours prior to each class.
Class size limited to 15
Instructor: Tenesha Abernethy
Cost: $14 per student/per class
2nd and 4th Wednesday morning of each month, beginning Wednesday, January 8, 2020
