Blue Zones Project® Brevard has partnered with chefs from the Brevard Seventh-Day Adventists for a Plant Slant Cooking Class on March 11 at 2:30 pm. They will prepare plant slant dishes from the original blue zone longevity hotspot of Loma Linda, CA. All cooking classes are free but require registration by emailing Tammy.Hopkins@Sharecare.com. The Brevard Seventh-Day Adventist chefs will present on the following dates: March 11 at 2:30 p.m., April 15 at 6 p.m., May 13 at 2:30 p.m. and June 10 at 6 p.m. To learn more about the Blue Zones Project go to www.brevard.bluezonesproject.com.
