Are you looking to plan an adventure with your family in Transylvania County, but don’t know where to start? The Pisgah Field School will take you to some of the most popular travel destinations in the Southern Appalachians, beginning with a tour of the historic 276 corridor. Along this “Scenic Byway”, we’ll explore the Blue Ridge Parkway, Cradle of Forestry, Pisgah Center for Wildlife Education, several waterfalls and some awesome leaf watching.
