Owl Prowl

Grab your flashlight and join Ranger Jane Dauster for a night in search of the owls of DuPont.   Program will begin at the Aleen Steinberg Visitor Center (89 Buck Forest Road) where we will enjoy a brief slide show on our local owl species. We will then caravan by car over to the Guion Farm Shelter and try our luck at calling in an owl or two using a recording, in hopes of getting a reply. Sign-up is required, suitable for family audiences, and young participants must be able to sit quietly and listen for owls! Event will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.
