School is back in session, fall is in the air, and with the New Moon next week, it is time for some nervous system love!
Take an hour to ground down and center within; Marci will lead us through a guided meditation and sound bath designed to get you out of control/sympathetic state and into a new realm of calm and surrender.
And we offer this session because, well, maybe we all need a little support and guidance in letting go?
So bring yourself, bring a friend, and let’s gather to do our part in balancing the energies in ourselves, so love can then spread like healthy wildfire through our families and communities. ❤
