Light Up the Night Holiday Stroll

Light Up the Night this holiday season!  Immerse yourself in an evening of wonder with our twinkling lights, illuminated snowflakes and decorated storefronts. This event will feature the official tree lighting ceremony, live music, food trucks, shopping and festivities for the entire family.

Catch the holiday spirit with the official tree lighting ceremony on the courthouse lawn, produced by the Heart of Brevard in partnership with The City of Brevard and Transylvania County. The tree lighting ceremony will take place at dusk.

Stroll the festive streets in downtown and cast your vote in the second annual Holiday Windows Competition, presented by Comporium. Participating businesses will be labeled and you can vote with your phone! Votes must be cast by December 3rd – so make your plans today. The voting form will be available beginning November 19th.

Numerous downtown businesses will remain open throughout the event and offer specials, making the evening a great time for visitors to complete their holiday shopping. More information on participating businesses coming soon.

  • Food Trucks: Kernel Mike’s Kettlecorn, Lobster Dogs and more!
  • S’mores Station, presented by DD Bullwinkel’s Outdoors and Rocky’s Soda Shop
  • Think Local, Shop Late! Participating downtown businesses will stay open during the event and are ready to help you find the perfect gift for everyone on your list.
