Author Douglas Brinkley will be the 2016 J.R. McDowell Speaker to be held at the Porter Center for Performing Arts at Brevard College discussing his book Wilderness Warrior: Theodore Roosevelt and the Crusade for America. General admission tickets are $10 and will go on sale at the Library September 1st (cash or check only). For more information visit the Library’s website. Sponsored by the Transylvania County Library Foundation in partnership with Brevard College.
