The TC Arts Council will host a course on pottery handbuilding for beginners. The class will be on Thursdays from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm on April 19, 26, May 3, 10.  These four classes will come with instruction by Philippa Hackett and include three self- practice sessions at Open Studio time.
