Faces Places is a powerful and moving film that was Oscar-nominated for best documentary. Photographer and Muralist JR joins French Film Director Agnes Varda touring the wonders of the French countryside on a quest to illuminate the essence of other people while bonding through their art. Gigantic portraits are pasted onto buildings, and conversations are had about seeing art in unlikely places. Through it all, friendship is born between old and young, male and female.
