Many times during the cold of winter, it is easy to get Cabin Fever. Dreams of trout streams in the spring can get haunting.   With the urge to tie on a fly, many fisherman brave the cold waters and head to the river.

Winter Fly Fishing can be a success, however there are a few changes in a  techniques, equipment, and timing that can help you land more fish during the winter months.

Join us in the media room at Headwaters Outfitters on Saturday January 17th at 2:00pm for a FREE COLD WATER FLY FISHING CLINIC.  We will gather around the fire with coffee for a brief presentation with Head Guide Ryan Kauffman, short video segments, and Q&A following.
