Brevard Philharmonic presents Russian Masters featuring Marina Lomazov

The New York Times calls her “Dazzling.” The Charleston, S.C. City Paper dubs her “A Sorceress,” and when she played in Medford, Oregon, the audience refused to let her off the stage for intermission. Opening Brevard Philharmonic’s 2016/2017 Season with a bang on Sunday, September 11th, is the internationally celebrated pianist and recording artist, Marina Lomazov. The Ukrainian -American artist, who was the youngest ever first prize winner at the All-Kiev Piano Competition, is one of the most passionate and charismatic performers on the concert scene today. The program? All Russian. And Marina will demonstrate her stunning musicality with the moving Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto #2.
