Brevard Philharmonic presents Beethoven’s Pastorale Symphony

On Sunday, May 12th at 3:00 p.m., the winner of the 2013 American Pianist Awards, Sean Chen, will take the stage of the Porter Center at Brevard College. Chen, who is hailed as a rising star with “An exceptional ability to connect with an audience combined with an easy virtuosity” (Huffington Post), will join the Brevard Philharmonic Orchestra in Schumann’s Piano Concerto in A minor.
After the intermission, the orchestra will delight the audience with Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6, “Pastorale”.
