Storyteller Gary Greene will present “Carl Sandburg: A Wanderer’s Heart” — a character portrayal. Through biographical narrative, poems, songs and stories, Gary Greene will bring to life the story of Carl Sandburg from his youthful wanderings in the Midwest, to his blossoming career as a journalist and poet in Chicago, culminating in the “national treasure” he became in his later years at Connemara. This will be an opportunity to experience Sandburg’s life through his own words, thoughts and passions.
