Artistic Afternoons in April – Landscape in Watercolor

The Transylvania County Library is offering an exploration of the arts with local artists in the month of April. The programs are free, but registration is required for each program. Call us at 884-3151 ext. 3 to sign up NOW as space is limited!
Tuesday April 26, 2016 4pm-5pm Landscape in Watercolor with Guest Artist Lisa Fraker (ages 11-14)
In this workshop you will learn how to paint a landscape in watercolor. You will first draw the image from your own photograph onto the paper. Watercolor washes will be added to define color and details will be added to finish your artwork.
