Art Spark Art Auction STARRY, STARRY Night

This annual fundraiser will consists of a juried art auction, music concert, food, wine, desserts and PARI will have telescopes for night viewing. Tickets go on sale in late June of 2018. Call the TC Arts Council for more information at 828-884-2787.
