Adult Summer Reading 2019 @ the Library

Catch the Reading Bug through the Adult Summer Reading program at Transylvania County Library! Simply come by the Circulation Desk to register beginning Monday, June 3, 2019. Then read or listen to 5 TCL books to participate. Complete an entry card and drop it into the library “Catch the Reading Bug” raffle box for a chance to receive weekly prizes that include gift certificates to Second Story Book Store and local eateries, as well as other surprises. Weekly drawings will begin on Friday, July 5, 2019. Complete as many entry cards as you wish over the summer and put them in the box by Saturday, August 3, 2019. The Grand Prize includes dinner at a local restaurant and will be drawn on Monday, August 5, 2019! Adult Summer Reading is a unique opportunity to flutter by books for pleasure, buzz into new knowledge and zip through new worlds. Feed the library bookworm that you are and catch the reading bug on your way to a potential wingspan of prizes. Yeah, you know you can read already, but why let the kids have all the fun this summer?
