Where local music, local food, local vendors and local brews come together for one of the coolest festivals on the French Broad River!
Hosted by the Pretty Little Goat Stringband, the Paddle to the Pork Music Festival is all about celebrating life on the river. Whether you drive in or paddle in, this is an authentic Western North Carolina event you don’t want to miss. This year, the Goats are welcoming special guest Dave Desmelik to the stage.
Doors Open at Noon. Music Starts at 1pm. Local Vendors will be on site, along with the Beer Tent. BBQ Truck will be on site to Purchase BBQ Plates. (If you purchased BBQ with original tickets in Fall of 2022 you will have food tickets to get your BBQ Plates at event)
Want to paddle-in to the festival? Park your car early at the Headwaters Campground (festival grounds) at 8:30 and be shuttled to the put-in. Enjoy a 3 hour canoe or kayak trip on the first 8 miles of the Historic French Broad River and paddle right to the festival. ***Must Register in advance along with ticket purchase
Don’t want to paddle? We have a general parking area, where you can park and walk into festival, or you can drive in to the music venue and set-up an area.
