Valentine's Cast & Smash Burgers

Hook-up your sweetheart with an adventurous gift by booking our annual Valentine's "Cast & Smash Burgers" event for couples. Enjoy quality guided fly fishing on our private water section on the French Broad River in Rosman, NC, relax with a walk-through lesson on fly tying (you can cast your own tied fly or bring it home as a souvenir), and replenish with a river shore lunch which features chef prepared and locally sourced smash burgers with sides, charcuterie board, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

• All couples will have their own personal guide
• Waders, boots, rods, reels and flies included
• Rain or shine - there's a picturesque covered barn to hangout in during lunch and fly tying
• Beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be served during lunch
• Dietary restrictions will be noted
• All experience levels welcomed including 1st timers
• Meeting location will be Headwaters Outfitters
• Fish species include: rainbow trout, brown trout & brook trout
