Rent 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms in this lovingly restored 1901 house on a quiet, safe street in the heart of downtown. We welcome quiet, respectful adults who will appreciate this beautiful house as much as we do. Please note that all rooms have a 2 night minimum stay.

The Dorris Room has a full size bed and en suite full bath with tub and hand-held shower.

The Eliza Room has a queen size bed and en suite 1/2 bath.

The Hamilton Room has an antique four poster queen size bed and no private bath.

All rooms are upstairs, furnished with premium cotton bedding and towels, have 2 windows and high ceilings, and share access to an adjacent full bath and lounge. We use all natural organic cleaning products and keep the rooms and house as a whole meticulously clean. There is a lockable shed for bikes and other large items behind the house.

Downstairs are private professional offices (including massage therapy!) and a kitchen available for guests. Guests and the downstairs professionals access this house through a common entrance. Although these offices are generally unoccupied in the evenings and on weekends, we ask everyone at all times to treat everyone else with respect, and to observe the following rules:

No smoking in or around the house.

No pets.

No children.

Unfortunately, this house is not handicapped accessible.

A little bit about us:

Bob is a professor of ecology and environmental science at Brevard College. Anne has a psychotherapy practice on the first floor of this house. We bought this building, which was built in 1901 as a boarding house, in 2016 and have renovated it with love.
